"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." - Philippians 2:3-4

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, help me to lead with humility and selflessness, putting the needs of others before my own. Guide me in using my position of leadership as a means to bring about positive change in society and uplift those around me. May my actions be motivated by a genuine desire to serve and make a difference, reflecting Your love and compassion in all I do. Grant me wisdom and strength to lead with integrity and a heart set on benefiting others. In Jesus' name, amen.
