I was afraid of the judgment, the whispers of "you're not good enough" echoing in the silence of my room. I clung to the security of my day job, burying my passion deep within, afraid to risk the comfort of the known for the uncertainty of the unknown.
Then came the day I read the words in 2 Timothy 1:7: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." They struck me like a lightning bolt, shattering the fortress of doubt I had built around my heart.
